Asia Argento and Ashton Whitty

Ashton Blaise Whitty is an American actress who was born in Berkeley on October 1, 1995. She is a famous actress who has appeared in Choices (2010). The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2006,) and Chrissie mayr's Content House.

Asia Argento was born in Rome, Italy, into an extended family of actors and filmmakers. Both professions she has herself taken up. Aged nine the actress made her film debut in the role of Sergio Citti in Sogni e bisogni. She played the leading role in the film of Cristina Comencini's Zoo (1988) and appeared as a part of Michele Savi's 1989 feature film The Church. In 1989 she portrayed Nanni Moretti's baby as the Red Wood Pigeon. (Also directed by Moretti). Close Friends (written and directed by Michele Placido) was when Asia's acting career took off. Her roles went from very young to becoming more mature. Cannes International Film Festival was a huge achievement for the film. She's made three films along with her father, Trauma, The Stendhal syndrome, and Phantom of Opera. The Phantom of the Opera will be her third film with her Father, her first two movies being Trauma and The Stendhal Syndrome. Asia's absorbed and intense approach to acting has been utilized by Giuseppe Piccioni in Condannato a nozze. In addition, she had a prominent performance in the international ensemble of Queen Margot directed by Patrice Chereau. In 1995, she acted alongside Michel Piccoli in Peter Del Monte's Traveling Companion , which again won her a David diDonatello as well as an award called a Grolla d'oro. Asia started to direct short films in 1994. The two she directed were Prospettive In 1996, she directed a document about her father, and Abel/Asia from 1998. Both focused on the cult film director Abel Ferrara. This latter was awarded at the Rome Film Festival. Asia began directing her first feature film in 1999 with Scarlet Diva (2000). It was also her main actor, as well as the writer of the script. In May of 2000, the film was made available both in Italy as well as around the world. It was awarded a trophy in the Williamsburg International Film Festival in Brooklyn. After directing a number of music videos, she gave birth to her first daughter, Anna Lou. In 2002, she appeared in The Red Siren by Olivier Megaton along with Jean-Marc Barr, and the action thrilledirected in the film by Rob Cohen, with Vin Diesel. The short stories of Asia have appeared in high-profile publications.
